Twice a year our in-house chef Cynthia Newcomb offers a detailed class and demonstration on how to pair wines with food. Cynthia is not only an exceptional chef but she is also very talented in creating new food and wine pairings. This event, held in our cellar, is an elegant sit down affair. Cynthia will present the food and wines and then allow you time to taste and comment on the pairings. This event is in an open forum atmosphere so our guests can feel comfortable asking questions and offering up ideas. Please check the schedule to see when the next one is.
